TEFA MAKE UP ARTIST in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (hereinafter and jointly as the "Legislation"), informs you that the personal data you provide us with among those may include: full name, photo identification, company,  images or photographs and any related information, (hereinafter Personal Data), will be used exclusively for the control and surveillance of the property that you visit, as well as access to it.

Your Personal Data will be treated based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in terms of the Legislation. The confidentiality of Personal Data is guaranteed and they are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure. Only persons authorized by TEFA MAKE UP ARTIST will have access to your Personal Data.

The Personal Data that you provide us, including those established in the document with which you identify yourself, as well as the images that have been generated during your visit, will be kept for a period of 1 (one) year in physical media and/or and subsequently will be deleted or destroyed in order to avoid improper treatment of the same, based on article 11, second paragraph of the Federal Law on Protection of Data Held by Private Parties.

In terms of what is established in the Law, you have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) to the processing of your Personal Data, by requesting via email to tefamakeupartist@gmail.com

In compliance with article 29 of the Law, said request must contain the following information:

1. Your name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.

2. The documents that prove your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the person making the request on your behalf.

3. The clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph.

4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data. In case of requesting the rectification of your Personal Data, you must additionally indicate the modifications to be made and provide the necessary official documentation that supports your request.

The response to your request will be communicated within a period of 10 business days, counted from the effective date on which your request was received, and may be extended for 10 more days in the cases established by the Law and its Regulations; to the effect that, if appropriate, the measures adopted to comply with your request are carried out, which will be carried out within 10 business days following the date on which the corresponding response is communicated.

We inform you that, in the event of a negative response to the ARCO rights request or disagreement with it, you can submit the corresponding Rights Protection Request to the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI) within the deadlines and terms set by the Law and its Regulations.
